The Tool Tray for glass and panel trolleys is a practical and durable solution for safely and efficiently carrying tools during glass handling and installation work. This aluminium tool tray has been specifically developed for professionals in the construction, façade, glazing and logistics sectors who require an organised workspace without loose tools on or around the job site.

The Tool Tray features a compact yet well-thought-out design with a width of 10 cm and a height of 8 cm. Thanks to the integrated central divider, tools remain neatly separated and easily accessible. In addition, the tray is equipped with two cut-outs, allowing tools such as a sealant gun, chopping knife and cordless drill to be carried securely and stably.

Manufactured from lightweight yet robust aluminium, the tool tray is designed to withstand intensive daily use and harsh weather conditions on construction sites. Installation is quick and straightforward: using the supplied pop rivets, the Tool Tray can be mounted at the desired height on the trolley.

During installation, full consideration has been given to the functionality of the glass and panel trolley. The tray should be positioned so that:

  • the clamps can be parked underneath the tray, and

  • the locking pins of the guide bar remain accessible from the rear.

The Tool Tray is suitable for:

  • Single-axle 150 kg glass trolley

  • Double-axle 250 kg glass trolley

  • Urban trolley (1 metre length)
