Description
Gevelmaster 3.0 – original professional glass lift and vacuum lifter 180 kg
The Gevelmaster 3.0 is a compact and mobile glass lift for lifting, transporting, and precisely positioning glass and other flat building elements up to 180 kg . The trolley combines a powerful vacuum lifter with a stable, maneuverable chassis.
With the Gevelmaster 3.0, you can move heavy glass panels in a controlled manner and place them in the correct position, without unnecessary heavy manual lifting. The lifting mast can rotate 360° and tilt 90° , allowing you to position glass accurately, even when space is limited on the construction site.
4 suction cups and double vacuum circuit
The Gevelmaster 3.0 is equipped with four Veribor vacuum suction cups and a double vacuum circuit . The vacuum pressure can be monitored during operation via the integrated vacuum gauges.
The manually operated pump makes the machine independent of a battery or power source. This is practical on the construction site: the Gevelmaster 3.0 is ready for immediate use without cables, charging stations, or an external power source.
The combination of the vacuum system, the swiveling and tilting mast, and the compact chassis makes the machine suitable for, among other things:
- Installation of large glass panels;
- installation of windows and window frames;
- installation of sliding doors and glass doors;
- facade and renovation work;
- internal transport of flat building components;
- precise positioning of glass on the construction site.
The difference lies in stability
With a mobile glass lift, it’s not just the lifting capacity that matters. The stability of the entire chassis is just as important.
That is why the Gevelmaster 3.0 comes equipped with a double swivel wheel at the rear: a tandem wheel.
The tandem wheel provides the rear of the machine with a larger and more stable point of support. This is especially important when the vacuum cleaner is positioned high and the machine is carrying little or no load. In that situation, the center of gravity rises, increasing the risk of tipping.
With just a single swivel castor at the rear, such a machine can be more prone to tipping. The tandem wheel provides extra stability during maneuvering and movement.
That is why the tandem wheel is not a cosmetic addition, but a deliberate choice for a more stable chassis.
Genuine Bohle Veribor – not a cheap copy
There are now several machines on the market that closely resemble this type of glass lift in appearance.
That difference matters when you work with heavy glass panels on a daily basis. With a glass lift, it’s not just about how the machine looks, but about the quality of the vacuum technology, construction, operation, and stability of the entire system.
Gevelridder also looks beyond just the product. We consider how you’ll actually use the machine on the construction site and which model is best suited for that purpose.
