Elevall Minicrane to high altitude
In urban areas it is becoming increasingly difficult but also expensive to work with large cranes but not with the Elevall Mini Crane. Certainly to change glass at 50 meters, for example, is quite a challenge, in terms of execution for the contractor and in terms of costs for the owner of **the** property. In addition, in the near future it will no longer be allowed to work with fuel engines. Now there are already electric cranes, but often polluting trucks are needed to bring the crane to the work site.
The Elevall offers the solution.
The Elevall allows you to lift 180 kg up to a height of 60 meters. The Elevall is compact and fits into an elevator. The Elevall consists of two parts: the crane part and the motor part. The easiest way is to use the Elevall between two floors or two balconies. The Elevall can be clamped between these. If there is no upper concrete floor, the Elevall can also be stabilized with ballast. With the handy legs and braces ballast set (option) the Elevall can be stabilized with feet for construction fencing. The rule of thumb is to apply 3x the weight to be hoisted in ballast, distributed over two directions. The Elevall operates with a 220V motor, thus electrically powered, good for the climate. Using the Elevall requires minimal knowledge and should be performed by a qualified person.

The Elevall has a remote control for precise control during lifting operations. The range of the remote control is 50 meters free distance (no walls etc. in between). The batteries last about 1 year.
Materials that can be moved include:
Awnings, glass, aluminum, wood and pergolas, metal pipes or other materials, doors, appliances, kitchen benches, pianos, cisterns, construction trucks, furniture, iron beams, etc…
Glass and other fragile materials should be moved with their approved lifting accessory (under hook) such as Class 3 vacuum cleaners with additional fall protection or within a frame made for that purpose.
The elevator has safety features such as cable protectors, contact stop connection (limit switch), anti-vibration feet, emergency stop and sensitive controls.
We recommend securing the Elevall with a fall protection device.
